PEACE IN GEORGIA

Prime Minister Yulia Tymoshenko responded again to the Georgian crisis stating, "We stand in solidarity with the democratically-elected leadership of Georgia. Georgia's sovereignty and territorial integrity must be respected." 
While Ukrainian President Viktor Yushchenko signed a decree imposing new restrictions on Russia's Black Sea fleet, which is based in the Ukrainian port of Sevastopol.
